Agreement
These terms govern your use of Kedalion Sentinel, a monday.com app operated by Financial Underdog. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms on behalf of the organisation that owns the monday.com account.
Service Description
Kedalion Sentinel scans selected monday.com boards for potential sensitive data exposure, classifies findings, displays redacted evidence, supports review status workflows, and provides reports and summaries.
No Legal Or Compliance Advice
Kedalion Sentinel is a data hygiene and monitoring tool. It does not provide legal advice, does not certify compliance, and does not guarantee that every sensitive value will be detected or that every finding is legally significant.
Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for deciding which boards to scan and which policy packs to enable.
- You are responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what remediation is appropriate.
- You must ensure you have permission to connect the app to your monday.com account and process the selected board data.
- You must not use the app for unlawful activity or to process data you are not authorised to access.
Release 1 Safety Boundary
The app does not automatically delete, mask, overwrite, move, or edit monday.com board content. Any remediation remains under your organisation's control.
Availability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but the app may be unavailable during maintenance, hosting provider incidents, monday.com platform incidents, or unexpected failures.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kedalion Sentinel and Financial Underdog are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using the app by uninstalling it from monday.com. We may suspend or terminate access if required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
